These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of LoyBiz, operated by LoyBiz ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to these Terms.
LoyBiz provides a digital loyalty rewards platform for small businesses. Business owners create punch-card programs, and their customers participate through a web-based interface. We provide the software; you provide the rewards.
To use LoyBiz as a business owner, you must create an account with accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must be at least 18 years old to create a business account.
You agree to use LoyBiz only for lawful purposes. You may not:
You retain ownership of all data you submit to LoyBiz (business information, customer records, program settings). We do not claim ownership of your content. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle data.
As a business owner, you are responsible for how you use the customer information collected through LoyBiz. You agree to comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws in your jurisdiction. You may not use customer email addresses for purposes unrelated to your loyalty program without their consent.
LoyBiz offers a free plan and paid plans. Prices are listed on our Pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice. Paid plans are billed monthly. You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time. There are no contracts or cancellation fees.
The Free plan is genuinely free with no time limit. It is not a trial. We reserve the right to modify the limits of the Free plan with reasonable notice.
You may cancel your paid subscription at any time through your dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial months, but we may make exceptions at our discretion.
We strive to keep LoyBiz available at all times but cannot guarantee 100% uptime. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability and will provide notice when possible.
LoyBiz is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the dashboard. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time. Upon termination, we retain your data for 30 days before deletion, and you may request an export.
